CEO & DIRECTOR
June is the CEO – June has been working with young people and adults with additional needs for over 20 years. She always brings to the team enthusiasm, art and creative skills and has a person centred approach to everything she does. June is also a director of Turning Heads and is the lead for Turning Wild – helping to develop something amazing in the Newton Abbot area.
ALAN
CEO & DIRECTOR
As Chief Executive, Alan has overall responsibility for the organisation as well as being our Safeguarding Officer. He has extensive experience in education and social care and is a Proud to Care Ambassador.

Nathan
I’m a funny, kind, bubbly person. I enjoy gardening, sports, woodwork and trying new things. I love helping people and supporting people to achieve. I enjoy spending my spare time tinkering with cars, playing local football, spending time with my partner and our two dogs.
ANDY
Formerly our Digital Skills advisor Andy has now moved into a maintenance role to help ensure our sites are safe and running smoothly. Drawing on his previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer and more laterly a General Maintenance Technician within a leisure hotel facility here in Torquay he is excited for the change. Andy enjoys tinkering with his cars and is an overworked home DIY-er who comes to work for a rest.
